DESIGN AND ARCHITECT’s

WHY TUSCANY works closely with local architects who have a through knowledge of the building regulations for each comune, we offer a project managment service that ensures as is reasonably possible that your renovation or new build proceeds as planned and to cost. We keep you informed as to the progress on your project and ensure the builders don’t down tools the moment you step on the plane. If you need a tradesman for smaller jobs then we can help.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

If you require the services of a project manager to co-ordinate the design, construction and fit-out of your new home, then we are able to provide such services. We offer a transparent approach to the project, clearly breaking the costs and project time frame. We liase with the local commune and regional planning to ensure the final design satisfies you and the planning offices.

When you return home, we are able to provide you online access to documentation and photos of the progress being made. Along with weekly discussions we ensure your fully informed of progress as it happens.

We issue a monthly project statement that breaks down the project costs and enables you to verify costs against progress.
